2. Refund Eligibility

  • Program materials were not delivered as described
  • Technical issues prevented access to digital materials
  • Duplicate payment was processed
  • Service was cancelled by Drizelonquolrixx
  • Request is made within the applicable refund period

3. Refund Periods

3.1 Digital Products and Materials

Refund requests for digital program materials must be submitted within 14 days of purchase, provided that:

  • Materials have not been downloaded or accessed
  • No portion of the program has been implemented
  • Access credentials have not been used

3.2 Services and Consultations

Refund requests for services must be submitted:

  • At least 48 hours before the scheduled service date for full refund
  • Within 24-48 hours before the scheduled date for 50% refund
  • Less than 24 hours notice: no refund available

3.3 Subscription Services

For subscription-based services:

  • Cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle
  • No refunds for partial subscription periods
  • Access continues until the end of the current billing period

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Digital materials that have been downloaded or accessed
  • Customized or personalized program materials
  • Services that have already been delivered
  • Third-party products or services
  • Promotional or discounted items (unless required by law)
  • Administrative or processing fees

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product or service:

  • We will work to resolve technical issues within 48 hours
  • Refunds for technical issues will only be considered if we cannot resolve the problem
